How do I know if any itinerary suits my interests?

If you’ve created an itinerary on our website using the Custom Package option, you might’ve noticed how well it matches your interests. That’s thanks to our smart algorithm, which recommends the most suitable cities and activities just for you.

If this itinerary was shared by one of our travel consultants after a conversation with you, rest assured—they’ve taken extra care to match it to your preferences.


What kind of Visa Assistance would be provided by Glocal Vacations?

Is the itinerary cost real-time? How long are these prices valid?

Yes, everything you see in your itinerary reflects real-time pricing, and you can book your vacation at those rates. However, please note that the prices for flights, hotels, and certain activities can fluctuate based on demand. Your costed itinerary will remain valid for 6 hours—after that, simply click on ‘Update Cost’ to view the latest prices.


How do I confirm and book this itinerary? When will I get my confirmations and vouchers?

As we can see, you’re vacation-ready! You can book your entire trip by paying just 70% of the total cost. All bookings are made in real time, and within 24 hours of booking, you’ll be able to download your flight and hotel vouchers from the ‘Your Trips’ page on our website. Once the full payment is made, you’ll receive a consolidated set of vouchers for your entire vacation.


Do I need to submit any documents to initiate the booking with Glocal Vacations?

No documents are required to confirm your bookings, but please keep a copy of your passport handy. Make sure to enter names exactly as they appear on your passport, and double-check all the details you provide. If your passport doesn’t include a last name, feel free to contact our destination experts—they’ll guide you and ensure a smooth, hassle-free booking experience.

• Payment is to be made in Indian rupees equivalent to foreign currency for the land part and will be deducted from your basic travel quota as per RBI/GOI regulations.

Glocal Vacations shall not accept any liability or responsibility for any damages, loss, injury, accident, death, delay, breakdown, or irregularity which may occur in carrying out the tour arrangement.

• In the event of a passenger falling ill or suffering any accident during the journey, all hospital expenses, doctor’s fees, repatriation expenses, and any other charges incurred as a direct or indirect result of his/her illness/accident are the responsibility of the passenger.

Glocal Vacations reserves the right to claim any additional expenses due to delay or changes in train, aeroplane, bus, ship, or other service, as well as those caused by weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other circumstances beyond our control. All such losses or expenses shall be borne by the passenger.

• Any damages caused to the hotel rooms/coach during your stay shall be payable by the passengers. Glocal Vacations will not be liable for the same.

• Private minibuses and coaches are forbidden inside the city; most of your sightseeing will be done by local buses and on foot.

• The tour manager and the driver will do their best to get you as close to the monuments as possible.

• We reserve the right to amend, alter, vary, or withdraw any particular departure.

• No refunds will be provided for any services (e.g., meals, sightseeing, etc.) that are not utilised during your tour.

• For the convenience of our passengers, we may sometimes amend the itinerary; however, all the services shall remain the same.

Glocal Vacations accepts no responsibility for the loss of baggage, goods, air tickets, passports, cash, travellers’ cheques, or any other travel documents or personal belongings of the passenger, howsoever caused, during the tour.
